She don’t want NO gym

Here’s what Shaden did, she paid for a one-month membership in a gym and went only once. I’m not proud.

She’d rather walk in the outdoors everyday, anytime. She dislikes gyms, she thinks they’re so…artificial. I agree.

    Hello there ..

Don’t worry, this happens a lot, I remember joining a gym once where it costed me an arm and a leg and only went once ! or maybe twice ! So there is nothing to be ashamed of sugar cubes !

:) At least she knows that she has to do some excersises, anyway its hard to do it alone, for me i enjoy go to gym, i know its important to for my health easpecially we work in offices but i enjoy my time there.

Shaden try to find good friend and you both go to gym.

I’d rather play a sport than go to the gym, its so tedious just running on a treadmill

Frankly Shaden, you don’t need any gym. but if you want to feel better and spend some good time then you have the choice to do it at the gym

You’re a great champion against smoking, so maybe that would help you promote a healthier life by going to the gym
I’ve been a member at the gym for 6 years, and I went there for only one month! Now that I finally quit smoking, I’m making plans and preparations to start going to the gym. Of course having someone to go with makes all the difference

So my advice to you … if you want to go, find a friend who would want to go with you .. and encourage you to go when you don’t want to.. that’s the best approach and the only one that worked for me

You’re blessed to be one of the people who don’t really need to go to the gym to look fit.

If it’s your first time, the cool down, It’s ok!

getting used to GYM is not easy, you need time and efforts. But hey, it’s important! Think about it this way: one hour/ 3 days a week can make a tremendous difference in your life.

you need to get used to it, and you need some experience in GYM, then it would be easy to manage your time and energy :)

She also like to refer to herself in the third person. But I’m with you; I prefer more “natural” exercise. I don’t have anything about going to gyms, either.
