جـبـنــــــاء . cowards. רבים

Arab League called on thursday for an emergency meeting on Saturday. Funny. I guess nobody was willing to sacrifice their weekend. And so they have met to bring us the shocking news: the peace process is dead! Funny.

Does that remind anyone besides me with that scene from the probably most famous Egyptian comedy مدرسة المشاغبين:

“مرسي الزناتي اتهزم يا رجالة بالانجليزي!”

UNITED NATIONS, July 14 (UPI) — An emergency session of the U.N. Security Council concluded without producing a resolution on the escalating conflict between Israel and Lebanon.

A statement generated by the council, read out Friday to reporters by Ambassador Jean-Marc de la Sabliere of France, the council’s July president, lent Security Council support to the U.N. team of envoys dispatched to the region to help diffuse the situation. It made no mention of a cease-fire. [Source]

Twenty-one Lebanese civilians were burnt alive Saturday when an Israeli helicopter gunship hit a minibus carrying fleeing families in southern Lebanon, as Israel kept up its concerted attack against its northern neighbour, attacking areas and infrastructure. [Source]

Not for weak hearts.

You know we’ve been complaining of the Arab leaders silence, now I think we should demand their silence! Just shut up!
